It’s the tenth annual NYC triathlon and it’s going to happen today, Sunday, July 18, 2010.   Participants of 3000 in number is expected to join this annual race that’s going to happen in downtown New York.  The swimming will happen in the Hudson river.

Concerns about the NYC Triathlon are non other than the very hot weather NYC is experiencing lately.  It is summer definitely and the weather temperature goes high up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit (32 degrees Celsius).  This is a call for the organizers to have more water stations and medics readily available and alerted for any dehydrated participants.
